Four layers, each doing one job. Together they put an app on a phone without an app store and take a payment without ever touching a card number.
Client
A mobile-first web application. It renders on any modern phone browser, installs to the home screen with one tap and updates itself, with no store review between us and a fix.
Account
An account is created the moment a payment is confirmed. Sign in from any device; your data is tied to your account, not to a phone.
Payments
Checkout runs on the payment processor's hosted page. We receive a confirmation and an order reference. The card number never reaches our infrastructure.
Transport
Every request between the phone and our servers travels over HTTPS. Sessions are short-lived and revocable, and access can be re-issued to the purchase email at any time.
